All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure that your return reaches us safely and securely, we recommend using a tracked service.Please note, only products in 'new' condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use. ‘New’ is a product that is classed as unopened and in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days via the original payment method you used when placing the order.
