Refund policy

This return policy is valid for UK orders. 

You have the right to return 30 days after your order arrives with you. 

To request an online return please email contact@voodoorunning.com with your order number quoted in the subject line.

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure that your return reaches us safely and securely, we recommend using a tracked service.

Once you have logged your return with us via email, securely package the item(s), make a note with your name and order number inside the package and send it back to us using a tracked service to the following address:

Please note, only products in 'new' condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use. ‘New’ is a product that is classed as unopened and in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days via the original payment method you used when placing the order.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds. We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
